Scope of Services Provided: Architecture, Building Surveying and Principal Designer.

The School wanted to grow their Sixth Form to cope with the demand, so PCH were commissioned to assess the school spaces against DfE guidance and provide a suitable solution. The scheme involved building up and above the existing Sixth Form common room to create the additional space required and create a bespoke Sixth Form area within the school campus.
