The building of a replacement School Pavilion and Canoe store was enabled by combining funding from various funding streams and private fundraising.

PCH Associates coordinated the project from the feasibility stage and pursued various funding options on behalf of the stakeholders until the project was viable.

The completed pavilion comprises a gym, classroom, and social area, kitchenette with server, changing rooms / bathroom facilities and various stores. The Canoe Store is 141m2 and can accommodate 156 boats on specialist racking.
