Scope of Services Provided: Site Masterplanning, Planning Consent, Detailed Design, Overseeing Tender Process, Funding Co-ordination, Project Management and Principal Designer Services

PCH were requested to agree the design and secure both planning and cost certainty within a four month window. This was achieved and the project was also co-ordinated with the FA’s framework for artificial pitches. The project will commence on site in February 2020 with SDC carrying out the construction works, with Lano as the FTP supplier.

To achieve the required outcomes, PCH had to work closely with a number of stakeholders, including the Parrish Council, Bedfordshire FA, Bloor Homes, Central Bedfordshire Council and the Football Foundation.
