Project: Expansion by 1FE and 100 in the Sixth Form

Scope of Services Provided: Project Co-ordination, Masterplanning, Funding Support/Advice, QS and Principal Designer.

As part of the development plan, the School wished to increase the number on roll by 1FE in years 7-11 and by 100 in years 12 and 13. PCH developed a scheme with the School which provided appropriate spaces whilst also complying with DfE guidance.

PCH then co-ordinated the expansion scheme alongside priority condition related works and prepared and submitted funding applications with the School. PCH then oversaw the project to make sure all was delivered as necessary.
