Scope of Services Provided: Masterplanning, Funding Co-ordination, Client Representative, Building Surveying and Principal Designer.

Westminster County Council required the School to expand by 1FE in years 7-11, unfortunately the available funding would not have provided the School with the appropriate spaces when compared with DfE guidance, so PCH identified the shortfalls and formulated a funding strategy to provide the appropriate spaces. This equated to nearly £2M of additional funds.

PCH then co-ordinated the expansion scheme alongside priority condition related works and enabling packages to ensure all was delivered as necessary.
