The School were requested to take on additional places by the local authority, so PCH were commissioned to assess the spaces against DfE guidance and provide a coherent solution. A stand alone, new build early years unit was deemed to be the appropriate solution, PCH then oversaw a robust tender exercise and managed the project through to completion.
