The School were suffering from overcrowding issues and approached PCH to resolve them. PCH then reviewed the accommodation against DfE Guidance and developed a scheme that addressed the shortfalls. PCH then co-ordinated the funding applications to resolve the problem.

Since the successful SSEF award, PCH oversaw an enabling package of works to minimise disruption to the School. Planning consent was secured for the expansion works and a robust tender exercise took place, which secured excellent value for money. The project was completed successfully, on time and on budget.
