PCH were requested to agree the design and secure both planning and cost certainty within a four month window. This was achieved and the project was also co-ordinated with the FA’s framework for artificial pitches. The project started on site in February 2020 with SDC carrying out the construction works and with Lano as the FTP supplier and was successfully delivered under budget.

To achieve the required outcomes, PCH had to work closely with a number of stakeholders, including the Parrish Council, Bedfordshire FA, Bloor Homes, Central Bedfordshire Council and the Football Foundation.
